Anyone can start n1lab. It takes a few minutes.
- Go to app.n1lab.app and tap Create account. Enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters. Tick the box, then tap Create account.
- Open the email n1lab sends you, in the browser you signed up in, and tap its link. On the page it opens, tap Confirm and open n1lab.
- Read Help us see how n1lab is used. Tick the box and tap Accept and continue.
- The first question is Whose protocol are you running? Tap My own.
- Pick your protocol, then choose what to track. Tap Continue after each.
- Check your morning and evening check-in times, then tap Start observing.
You land on Today, ready for your first check-in.
Good to know
- n1lab asks about usage data twice: a tick box when you sign up, then the full screen. During the beta, both are required.
- If you open the link in another browser, n1lab asks you to Choose a new password. A mail app's own browser counts. Choose one and tap Set new password.
- If a practitioner gave you a plan, tap My practitioner’s at step 4 instead.
- You can add a plan later, in Settings.
